Hello Dahlings!
Mercedes Benz-New York Fashion Week is in full swing! Designers are eagerly showcasing their work for their 2014 Spring Collections. The second day of NYFW featured collections from designers such as Nicole Miller, Rebecca Minkoff, Carmen Marc Valvo, Tome and some of the up and coming designers from Project Runway.
The common theme thus far seems is the use of patterns and various fabrics. Flirty, sheer fabrics seem to be hit on the runways so far this week. I love the pairing of leather with some of the looks of the season, this shows the versatility of the leather and how it’s no longer just a Fall/Winter staple.

I just love how most of the pieces shown thus far can easily go from the runway to ready to wear! Looking forward to the remaining designer collections!
